MS Student, Water Resources Science
Specialty
Ross is a master’s student interested in approachable and practical watershed/floodplain restoration, particularly in arid systems. His experience includes stream gaging, water quality monitoring, and floodplain management in areas ranging from the flashflood-driven arroyos in Arizona to tropical rainforest headwater systems on Maui. He will be expanding upon his knowledge of plant-water-soil interactions through his research with the Ecohydrology Lab's Camp Creek paired watershed study.
